Our Story 

Federico Venturini and his family have just arrived from a Gualdo Tadino, a few miles from Assisi in the region of Umbria, Italy. He and his lovely wife , Viola bring with them their spectacular family recipes,  a passion for Italian cuisine and experience in the restaurant hospitality industry.

Teaming up with Phillip Silvio Igneri, a local business owner, the two families are ready to introduce their take on delicious Italian dishes and introduce Pinsa to  Arizona!
